Shipping policy

Everything ships from Waltham, Massachusetts by USPS, to addresses in the contiguous United States (not Alaska, Hawaii or US territories for now; email us and we'll quote it). Shipping is a flat $10 per order and free on orders of $75 or more.

Pieces bought as they are go out within 3 to 5 business days. Engraved pieces go out within 5 to 10 business days, because we confirm the engraving with you by email before it is cut. You get an email with tracking the day it ships. Pre-order pieces go out by the date shown on the product page.

Prices are in US dollars. Massachusetts sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
